What currency do you use?

All products on Lorrinne.com are priced in USD.

  

How long is the handling/processing time?

For prints products, we usually ship your order within 1 business day.

 

How do I track my order?

After shipment, we will send you a confirmation with a tracking number. Most China post items are handle by your local post provider. You could track the status on 17track.net or on your local post website. For example, American clients can track the status on USPS.com. UK clients can track the status on RoyalMail.com.

 

What is your customer service hours?

Customer Service hours are:

  • Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm CST. China Beijing Time.
  • Equivalent to:
  • PST: Seattle time 6pm-3am
  • EDT: New York time 9pm-6am

Address changes & Order cancelation

Address Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible with your new shipping address. We will update the shipping address if the order has not been shipped. If your order has been shipped out, we will not able to update the new address for you. Please contact your local Post Office to get it fixed.

 

Order Cancelation

If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to you. If your order has been shipped, we are not able to cancel it for you. Please return it to us when you receive it within 60 days from the order date. As soon as we receive your returns, we will issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.

Lorrinne.com ships worldwide for FREE ! Free packages are sent by standard international shipping.

For your convenience, all packages will be sent by registered airmail with a tracking number!

 

Items shipped to international address must match your PayPal account shipping address. We do not ship it to P.O BOX addresses.

              Lorrinne guarantees your satisfaction. For any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, contact us via email for return instructions and simply return the item(s) in original condition within 60 days from the order date. As soon as we receive your returns, we will issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

               

              Item Defects:

              Please contact us via email and include item damaged-photos. Please let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement and we will fix the problem as soon as possible. We will reimburse return shipping charges if the return is due to item defect.

              No refunds or exchange will be accepted after 60 days from the order date.
